Happiness is Moving
I was thinking today while looking at my pictures that my kids are most jubilant when they are moving. This can be running around in circles, being tickled by daddy or just rolling around by themselves for no apparent reason. Well they have a reason, it is fun!
It dawned on me that I spend a fair to majority of my day trying to get my children to do the opposite. I am a salmon swimming upstream with this one. Natalie is all about movement. She literally can not sit still, can not, she is always moving something. The only time she is still is when she is sleeping.
